Personal Photography: Personal digital cameras, including SLR and DSLR cameras, are allowed at the Event. Professional photography equipment, including telephoto lenses or any detachable lens over 20cm, is prohibited unless you have media accreditation from the Promoter. All photos taken must be for personal, private use only. Commercial use, including the sale or promotion of non-associated products or services, is prohibited.
Recording by the Promoter: By attending or performing at the Event, you consent to being included in audio, video, or photographic recordings (“Materials”) created by the Promoter. You grant the Promoter all rights to use, reproduce, and distribute the Materials for any purpose, including advertising and promotion, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation.
If you hold any rights to the Materials, you irrevocably assign them to the Promoter and waive any moral rights, including the right to object to the use or modification of the Materials. To the extent such waiver is unenforceable, you consent to the Promoter’s use of the Materials in any manner it deems fit.
